Shipping Policy

We ship all over the Western Cape and through South Africa. We welcome order from outside of South Africa. You may send your courier to collect from our door.

Door to door shipments within South Africa usually take 1 - 4 working days to reach you depending on how far away from Cape Town you reside. 

• Standard door-to-door Shipping: Between R125.00 for orders below R2500.00 and FREE shipping for orders R2500.00 and above to most addresses in South Africa. There are a few remote or hard to reach addresses which attract a surcharge from our couriers, but we will let you know if this is the case. Some work addresses (e.g. hospitals, mines, farms, plots, prisons, etc) may also attract a surcharge as the courier usually has to spend extra time locating the person. If this is the case, we may need to contact you for alternatives. The same applies to areas that the couriers list as 'high risk' and where they may not be able to deliver due to driver safety. In this case we will let you know and we can make alternative arrangements to deliver to a different address where the courier is able to deliver to. Usually a work address or address of a friend will suffice.

We ship to your door all over South Africa to reach you within 1 - 4 working days. Outlying areas may take 2-4 working days longer.

Please note: The customer will be responsible for additional surcharges for delivery to outlying areas, farms and other areas to which the courier company applies such charges.
